5+ years of Technical Recruiting experience.

Must be able to articulate Technical knowledge.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, RUP, Waterfall, CMM, SOX, HIPAA and EDI.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the responsibilities of CIO's, Directors, Managers, Developers, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst and Project Managers.

Ability to effectively interview high level IT professionals.

Proven ability of identifying technical resources through referral base, internet recruiting, sourcing and attending technical user groups.

Strong ability to work on multiple positions, multiple technologies and multiple levels within the IT industry.

Proven experience in Business Development in IT Recruiting.

Strong Relationships with companies throughout the United States.

Knowledge of the Tampa Bay IT market place.

Previous Telecommuting experience required.
