Job Description

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to join their team and lead the sales experience of software for their customers. The Sales Executive is the "face" of our client to prospective customers and current customers, with a corresponding impact on the perception of quality and customer service.  This is a Hunter and Farmer position. There are no territories or limitations to who or where the Software Sales Executive can sell to.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create sales goals and execute in a timely manner
  • Sell customers on the capabilities of the suite of software products
  • Data analysis
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Communicate effectively with customers and prospects
  • Consistently go above and beyond to give clients the best experience
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication, as well as presentation skills
  • Travel to tradeshows, customers, and as needed
  • Demonstrate ability to create marketing strategy as needed


Candidate Requirements

The applicant must meet the following requirements:



  • 3-5 years of experience selling enterprise software
  • Must have experience selling software to Fortune 500 or Fortune 1000 companies
  • Experience with
  • Self-motivated & driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • “Out of the box thinker” when confronted with problems or issues
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to exercise good judgment, show initiative, professionalism and be proactive
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player who works collaboratively and effectively with others
  • Exceptional project management, organization and time management skills
  • Familiar with various computer application software and mobile applications and be willing to learn and adapt
  • Ability to travel when required
  • Available to work some evenings and/or weekend as needed



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
