IT Candidate Screening
PB&A does not submit unsolicited resumes. Each candidate is thoroughly screened based on your specific requirements. The process includes a telephone interview to determine if the candidate is qualified, interested in the employment opportunity, within your specified salary range, and a good character fit. Long before you meet our candidates, we will ensure that they have the professionalism, interpersonal and communication skills to perform the job requirement. We will check references upon your request and submit the resume for your review. Our stringent screening process means that we typically submit fewer, but higher quality candidates. We understand that no one wants to be inundated with resumes simply based on keyword searches, and our clients never are.
PB&A conducts confidential searches where your company name is not disclosed until you are ready to interview the candidate. We describe your company only in general terms with respect to industry, size and location during the interview process.
We offer a guarantee on all our permanent placements to ensure the right fit between our clients and our candidates. Our policy is to recruit a replacement at no charge during the specified guarantee period. If for any reason PB&A is not able to identify another candidate within an agreed upon time period, we will refund a prorated amount of the fee. We are very proud to say that PB&A has never had to refund a fee. Our screening process is so thorough and our relationships are so strong, we’ve never had to implement this policy!
